When creating a ‘Deal’ in Zoho, a concept quote is opened in the configurator. From here you can acces all your contacts from Zoho CRM directly. This way you take the first steps in automating the sales process and you work more effectively.
From Zoho CRM it is possible to open a proposal or quotation in the Elfskot environment. A configuration is then added from the Elfskot Management System. The prices and extra options can be seen in the ‘Negotiation’ phase.
